Administration

OSO is administered by an Administration Board of 9 founder partners and Executive Board of 4 experts. General Manager takes place in both boards.

Commitment Of Administration Board:

  • Setting the longterm and short term goals duo to organizatioal vision.
  • Affirming the yearly budget and work plans
  • Checking the strategic and finencial performance in direction of yearly activity plan
  • Checking and evaluating yearly activity report and submit to Plenary Assambley.

Commitment of Executive Board:

  • Having an active part in raising the partners and membership races.
  • Evaluating monthly activity and financial plans and makng changes in short term plans if its necessary.
  • Evaluating suggestions
  • Being active in problem solving
  • Being active in purchasing activities that handeled by OSO
  • Preparing and executing corporate communications plan

 

Purchasing Consultative Comittee is formed in which partners and Purchasing Manegers are active. Purchasing Committe will;
  • Specify basic standarts of common purchasing,
  • Specify bidding regulations,
  • Specifyy the articles and conditions,
  • Weight the claims on purchaing and investments.
