OSO is administered by an Administration Board of 9 founder partners and Executive Board of 4 experts. General Manager takes place in both boards.

Commitment Of Administration Board:

Setting the longterm and short term goals duo to organizatioal vision.
Affirming the yearly budget and work plans
Checking the strategic and finencial performance in direction of yearly activity plan
Checking and evaluating yearly activity report and submit to Plenary Assambley.

Commitment of Executive Board:

Having an active part in raising the partners and membership races.
Evaluating monthly activity and financial plans and makng changes in short term plans if its necessary.
Evaluating suggestions
Being active in problem solving
Being active in purchasing activities that handeled by OSO
Preparing and executing corporate communications plan
