TERMS OF PARTNERSHIP

Partner of OSO Electronical Data and Communications Services Co. are shareholders of OSO Co.

There are 2 kinds of partnerships within OSO;

1. Founding Partners; unit share worth 5000 US Dolar and maximum 4 units can be wanted. Founding Partners shares designated A type shares and partners have a right to be chosen for administratative board.
2. Partners; after founding of the company and biddings firms, which wants to be a partner, unit share woths 1000US Dolar. Second class partners shares will be B type and do not have a right to chosen for administrative board.

Partners will be concessive in purchasing biddings, about half points. Also, can be provider in biddings. Requred documents will be reported to firms by OSO.
